Ghanaian artists Stonebwoy and Manifest have been selected to perform alongside a long list of artists at MTV’s Africa Day Concert.
The concert which is being organized to commemorate the Africa Union (AU) day is slated for Monday the 25th of May. The concert will be a virtual concert due to the, now-familiar, social distancing dictates of the Covid-19.
The concert will be hosted by Idris Elba and will have performances from artists like Yemi Alade, Burna Boy, Seun Kuti, Sauti Sol, Sho Madjozi, Teni among others.
Proceeds from the concert will also be used in the fight against Covid-19.
